Indeed, which is why I added:

Well I sure made my best to make a good case for it! You're not really
discussing that case. On the other hand, I'm still waiting to hear or
find out explanations *for* that dependency. (Saying "the package is
small and only provides the directory structure" in the changelog is not
an explanation why.)
