Dear Maintainer,

the program glib-compile-resources requires those two packages otherwise it
will print erros like:

XMLLINT not set and xmllint not found in path; skipping xml preprocessing.

and:

to-pixbuf preprocessing requested but GDK_PIXBUF_PIXDATA not set and gdk-
pixbuf-pixdata not found in path.
