Bug#835289: gnome-session: Bad fd number

Dear Maintainer,
The issue boils down to a bashism that is  >& .
x-session-manager ends up on /usr/bin/gnome-session .
Editing this file and setting the shell from sh (dash here) to bash
or replacing ">& /dev/null" by " 2>&1 > /dev/null " fixes the issue.
