Bug#835933: gtk-d: please use fPIC and disable LDFLAGS

Hi, can you please remove all the LDFLAGS, since they are causing build failures
with ldc2?

also, sometimes the package fails to link because something is not built with fPIC.

The attached patch should fix both issues
(e.g. fixing Ubuntu failures in build)
