Afaics, this gnutls dependency is pulled in via libvte2.91. See vte-2.91.pc:
Requires: glib-2.0 >= 2.40.0 gobject-2.0 pango >= 1.22.0 gtk+-3.0 >=
3.8.0 gobject-2.0 gio-2.0 gio-unix-2.0 zlib gnutls >= 3.2.7

There is not a lot we can do about that in gnome-color-manger. I suspect
this this is a bug in vte, and gnutls should be listed as Requires.private.
