Bug#801992: Iceweasel 44.0.2-1 has broken icons again

Hi librsvg maintainers,

this ugly bug has resurfaced in the latest upload, and the icons in
iceweasel 44.0.2-1 are broken again.  The Debian changelog says:

Looking at the subversion repository[1], it seems that
01_Revert-bgo-520654-Support-export-id-in-rsvg-convert-.patch has been
replaced by 30_Don-t-crash-when-filters-don-t-exist.patch which has
nothing to do at all with the bug in question, AFAICS.

There has not been any activity on the upstream bug[2] in the last three
months, so I wonder whether a "proper upstream fix" actually exists yet.
