I am marking as fixed on gnome-calculator 3.18.3-1

22:41:03 althaser at Sirius:~$ echo $LANG
fr_FR.utf8
22:41:10 althaser at Sirius:~$ gnome-calculator

It is fixed in 3.18.3-1.
