Bug#829784: gnome-applets: Uses deprecated gnome-common macros/variables

Hi,

gnome-applets 3.20.0 does not use any GNOME_* macros in configure.ac and
autogen.sh does not include deprecated variables. codesearch.d.n is wrong
and/or this is about older version.
