Bug#831895: gnome-control-center: sound settings window too tall, unresizeable, unmoveable

Hi,

"gnome-control-center sound" displays a window which is taller than my
screen, that I can't resize, that I can't move up (it stops when the top
of the window reaches the gnome-shell status bar), so I can't see the
bottom of the window, even though it's full of empty space.  See
attached screenshot.
