I'm not able to reproduce your problem and I've seen noone else 
mention any similar issue, thus I'm lowering the severity and tagging
the bug accordingly.
Can you reproduce this issue yourself if you add a new user to your
system and login using the new user?

Thanks for testing that which would have been my first guess.
Guess we'll need to look elsewhere for the problem. Please keep
us posted about any useful information you get your hands on.
