That's what it looks like to me as well.  I was able to build it in
pdebuild with no errors after removing jade and docbook-dsssl from the
build-dependencies and also removing the build-conflicts.  I also could
not find a call to jade anywhere in the code, so I think jade and
docbook-dsssl can also be dropped from the binary package depends.
