Bug#828707: Nautilus window stuck after remote drag & drop

Problem: Nautilus window cannot be moved with a mouse click on the title
bar. Right-click menu fails to appear on title bar.

How to trigger: Use the nautilus "Connect to Server" function to
establish a remote connection via sftp. Middle-click a remote file and
drag it to the nautilus tab of a local directory. After that tab's
window is shown drop the file and choose "Copy here". The nautilus
window will become stuck as described above.

Sometimes it takes one or two attempts to trigger the problem.

Only restarting nautilus allows the window to be moved again/
