Bug#737305: libvte9: please include scroll_region_updates.patch from vte3 package

I had the same problem which was reported in bug #684445 (unreliable refresh when scrolling in mosh), which in turn forward to this bugreport. 
This patch

solved this issue, so please apply.


Arch linux also uses the same patch
