The quvi functionality has been moved into an external helper (to avoid
some licensing issues). That helper apparently has been forgotten to be
installed.
usr/lib/totem-pl-parser/totem-pl-parser/99-totem-pl-parser-videosite
needs to be installed.
We probably need to put that into a separate binary package. Neither
libtotem-plparser18 nor libtotem-plparser-common are a proper fit.
