Bug#816976: libglib2.0-dev source pretend to be version 2.24.29 and breaks source compilings

Currently I try to get some troubles solved with glib after version
2.32. That should be pretty easy using "GTK_CHECK_VERSION(2,32,0)" in
source.

However, I found that /usr/include/gtk-2.0/gtk/gtkversion.h pretend for
this macro to be version 2.24.29. So every check for the right version
will be useless.

It is really important that one can relay on the correct check.
