Bug#818729: nautilus: Desktop icons overlapped on left top screen corner

Dear Maintainer,

I have installed last gnome version from unstable in a virtual machine and when
vm starts I have
all desktop icons overlapped in left top screen corner. Also schema for placing
icons by name is enabled by default in nautilus settings.
If I use Arrange by name from desktop icons are placed ok.
I expect that icons to be placed ok from the beginning.
