Thanks marking accordingly
Running apt-file search I get (possibly) affected packages:

$ apt-file search /usr/share/themes/ | grep gtk-3.0 | cut -f1 -d':' |
sort -u

clearlooks-phenix-theme - #821423
elementary-theme
gnome-accessibility-themes
gnome-themes-standard-data - not affected
gtk3-engines-breeze - #824893
gtk3-engines-xfce - #824892
libgtk-3-common - not affected
mate-themes
murrine-themes
sugar-themes

There is also
gtk3-engines unico

It would be great could check those themes/engines and file bug reports
if they are affected. I don't use any themes aside from Adwaita, so I
wouldn't recognize any breakage.
