cdbs / multiple flavours regression

Hi Jonas,

I think we've hit another regression in cdbs, see
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=gtk%2B3.0&suite=sid

I've temporarily disabled the test-suite in src:gtk+3.0, which builds
multiple flavours, but cdbs fails creating the stamp files:

touch debian/stamp-makefile-build/shared_udeb

touch debian/stamp-makefile-check/shared
touch: cannot touch 'debian/stamp-makefile-check/shared': No such file

make: *** [debian/stamp-makefile-check/shared] Error 1
