Dear Maintainer,

    * What led up to the situation?
There was no update since April the 3rd, 2016 whereas two releases have 
been published since then.

    * What outcome did you expect?
I expected an upgrade of the gnome-orca to 3.20.2 version.
Could I help you to upgrade Orca ? Should I propose a patch?
