This bug still exists, i.e. yelp-scan still requires the mallard-1.0.rng
and downloads it from the net if not available:
yelp-check validate ./C
error : No such file or directory
warning: failed to load external entity
"http://projectmallard.org/1.0/mallard-1.0.rng"
…
As you can see from the linked upstream bug report, I've tried packaging
the mallard-rng schema but failed to get it properly registered system
wide. Unfortunately I didn't find anyone (yet) within Debian who knows
the XML machinery well enough to help me fix this.
