Bug#842976: rhythmbox: DBus org.mpris.MediaPlayer.Raise() call unsatisfying

Dear Maintainer,

I was developing a MPRIS plugin for some other software as I was going to
implement a call to /org/mpris/MediaPlayer:org.mpris.MediaPlayer.Raise() (here
the doc if it saves some time https://specifications.freedesktop.org/mpris-
spec/latest/Media_Player.html) to enable directly switching over to the MPRIS-
capable player.
But when calling this method on the Rhythmbox-DBus object merely a "is ready"
notification appeared on my gnome desktop.
I did expect the window to come to front (which it does not when on the same
workspace) and the current workspace to change if I'm currently on another one.
It (most obviously) did not.
Is this a design decision?
