You should not remove gnome-session-flashback.

Are you sure you pasted the output for gnome-session-fallback, and not
for gnome-session-flashback? These are different package names (note the
fall vs flash part).

Please also paste the output of this command:

$ apt-cache policy gnome-session-fallback

So far I do not understand how that old package (gnome-session-fallback)
can cause any harm when it should be empty already on Jessie.
