Bug#844404: gnome-shell: Unable to use any combination of F1 key without opening help.

Dear Maintainer,

If I create a custom command and bind it to Super+F1, and press that key
combination, it is ignored and help window is brought up instead. This goes to
any other combination of this key. Regardless if I set combination to Alt+F1,
Shift+F1, I get the same behavior. If I however bind to just F1, behavior is as
expected and help doesn't show up.
