Package: epiphany-browser

Hi,

I have installed current Stretch on my new machine and decided to try
the full GNOME experience, i.e. using Web (aka epiphany-browser)
instead of chromium/firefox.

The current stretch version 3.22.2 is incomparably more stable than
the one in jessie, so good job there.

There is however one annoying thing: epiphany-browser always resets
the sound volume to max while playing web videos.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set the sound volume to e.g. 50% in gnome volume applet
2. Visit youtube.com in epiphany-browser
3. Click on any video and enjoy the sound shock - volume is suddenly 100%
4. Turn the volume down to reasonable levels
5. Goto 3

Cheers,
Frank
