Bug#839958: gnome-settings-daemon: Custom keyboard shortcut no longer working

Dear Maintainer,

I had Ctrl+Alt+T set to open the terminal window. This was a custom shortcut,
and has worked for a long time. Today it quit working. All the non-custom
keyboard shortcuts continue to work. I've looked through the apt logs for
recently upgraded packages and can't find anything obviously related to this
problem.
