Bug#840339: gnome-maps: Can't have more than 16 waypoints due to inability to scroll through them.

Dear Maintainer,

When mapping out a route and setting up waypoints, you cannot scroll through
them, so once you get to 15 waypoints it pushes the distance statistics off
screen and you can't get to them. Then if you add any more it will just keep
pushing down the last waypoint, second to last, etc. off screen where they
become inaccesible because you can't scroll. See attached gif (font looking
weird is just because of the recording).
