Reintroducing dasher

Dear GNOME maintainers, especially Josselin,

While working on dasher, I noticed that
dasher_4.11+git20130508.adc653.orig.tar.xz is significantly repacked
compared to the corresponding git commit. However I could not find a
repack script or README.source file.

Do you remember the rationale behind this repacking?

My first guess would be removal of unused files and generation of
autoconf material.

I include a summary of this repacking.

Regards, Thibaut.
