1) Do you have this file present?
/usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/org.gnome.epiphany.host.gschema.xml
2) Do you have epiphany-browser-data installed and not in a half
installed or half configured state?
3) Does reinstalling epiphany-browser-data fix it?
4) Does running the following command fix it?
glib-compile-schemas /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/
