Bug#841283: libgtk2.0-0: patch for printer authentication

Dear Maintainer,

At the moment printing via gtk2 to password-protected printers
requires the password to be entered each time.  In gtk3 the password
is stored so printing is automatic when the password has been provided
once (i.e. the bug has been fixed in gtk3).

This makes printing from gtk2 clients such as firefox much less
convenient than it should be.

A patch was prepared for ubuntu, see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk+3.0/+bug/445333

The password authenticiation bug is discussed (and fixed) upstream for
gtk3 at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=674264

and an upstream patch for gtk2 is provided at

Could you please apply this patch to gtk+2.0?
