Bug#842047: libglib2.0-dev : Depends: python3:any

Package: libglib2.0-dev
Version: 2.50.1-1
For some reason libglib2.0-dev depends
on python interpreter which is the problem
for environments which python is not wanted/needed on. For example it's
impossible to install `librsvg2-dev` without installing python3 interpreter.
I suggest that the part which depends on python would migrate to
a recommended (optional) package.
I am using Debian GNU/Linux 4.7.0-1-amd64, kernel 4.7.6-1
and libc6 2.24-5.
P.S. I know (and don't care) that python
is the part of LSB. I cannot see this
is the reason good enough to pollute a production server with hazardous
dependencies.
