Bug#837031: libgtk-3-0: Inconsistent double click behaviour in file chooser

Dear Maintainer,

In recent versions of gtk3 the double click behaviour of the file chooser dialog got inconsistent.
Basically sometimes, when a folder is already selected, a single click opens that folder.
