Bug#837334: gnome-control-center: Display and Color do not get screen information

Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading gnome-controle-center from 1:3.20.1-2, both Display and Color modules do not find any screens to configure.

I use a laptop connectd to a HDMI display, using both screens. Before upgrading to gnome-control-center 1:3.21.90-1, both Color and Display modules worked fine.

Now I just get the following error messages :
- Color : "no devices supporting color management detected"
- Displays : "could not get screen information"
