Bug#837337: gnome-shell: Gnome severely broken in strech (version mismatch)

Strech (testing) now has a version mismatch in core Gnome packages.

Many are 3.21.90, some (core) are 3.20

Causes many problems in core DBus communication.
For example:
- unable to change backlight intensity
- displays not detected correctly

Expected solution:
Either downgrade back to 3.20
Or push forward the 3.21 version if related bugreports (3.21 in sid) are
solved.
