Bug#838769: rygel fails to start. dbus socket error

Dear Maintainer,

I use rygel via gnome settings to share media with my smart TV. This setup
stopped working a few days ago (during gnome 3.22 transition in sid). 

rygel works if invoked as a command via terminal but I get:

systemctl start --user rygel
Failed to start rygel.service: Unit dbus.socket not found.
Failed to start work.service: Unit work.service not found.

syslog doesn't show any relevant information (there used to be rygel
entries when it was working).

I waited for the gnome 3.22 transition to complete before filing a bug
and checked the BTS for information.
