Yes, it's a *user session*.
Indeed the problem that he'd like to report is about the *user session*.

The problem is that Xorg server daemon still isn't launched after the
*user sesession* is started, although the menu item says "GNOME on Xorg".
A user will expect that Xorg will be lauched by selecting it when he/she
see the title "GNOME on Xorg".

It seems that the title should be "GNOME on X" or "GNOME on X Window System",
not "GNOME on Xorg". "Xorg" isn't equal to "X Window System". "Xorg" is just
only an implementation of "X Window System" specification.
