Bug#873784: libdazzle: FTBFS on mipsel and ppc64el: test-fuzzy-index fails

Thanks for taking care of #873674 promptly!  libdazzle now builds on
most architectures, but still fails on mipsel and ppc64el:

I don't have further details or access to testlog.txt, but perhaps you
can reproduce the error on a porter box.
