Bug#883441: gnome: Don't install gimp and inkscape by default

In my opinion, gimp and inkscape are specialized graphical design apps
that don't need to be installed by default. I feel that gimp's
interface in particular is difficult to use for casual computer users.
(I'm not criticizing the app's design; I only mean to say that is a
complex powerful app that takes some effort to use effectively.) I
think gimp and inkscape are so well-known that anyone that thinks they
need them can easily install them from the GNOME Software app.

Additionally, gimp and inkscape are the only 2 gtk2 apps in the
default Debian GNOME install. (Firefox is mostly gtk3 but uses gtk2
for Flash support and a couple minor things. Also, there are some
libraries and library-like things installed by default that still
require gtk2.)

Even if they are ported to gtk3, I still think it is better that they
not be installed by default. We don't need to install every useful app
by default.

Ubuntu included gimp by default until 10.04 LTS and never included
inkscape by default (except in a relatively unknown "DVD" variation of
Ubuntu).
