I am Barrister Ms Susan .N. Ali, a solicitor at law personal attorney to Engineer Volodymyr Viktor Azarov , who works with OIL & GAS  COMP as chief engineer and contractor here in Lomé Togo West African.
Herein after shall be referred to as my client and it happen that the man registered to me as his personal attorney. Unfortunately the man died in a motor accident which happened on 31st October 2013, all occupants of the motor accident unfortunately lost there lives. Since then I have made several inquiries to your embassy here to locate any of my clients extended relatives, this has also proved unsuccessful.
After all these several unsuccessful attempts, since it's not compulsory that the next-of-kin must be a blood relation to the deceased (my client), hence I contacted you, be informed that a next-of-kin can be anybody, friends or organization.  
I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the fund valued of (US$9.500,000.00) Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand united states  dollars left behind by my late client Engineer Volodymyr Viktor Azarov  before it gets confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank where this huge amount were deposited. The said bank has issued me a notice to provide the next of kin or have his account confiscated within the next one month official working days.
Since I have been unsuccessfully in locating any of his relatives for over 4years now, I seek the consent to present you as the next of kin to the deceased (my client), so that the proceeds of this account can be paid to you. Therefore, on receipt of your positive response, we shall then discuss the sharing ratio and modalities for transfer. I have some necessary information and legal documents needed to back you up for claim.
