Control: reassign -1 gstreamer1.0-plugins-good 1.11.1-1

This problem is actually caused by gstreamer1.0-plugins-good --- in
particular by the upstream commit:
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-good/commit/?id=adeee44b07a173b9ab4253216caba8f66dd43abb
which was first released in version 1.11.1 and got fixed in version 1.12.4.
