Removing obsolete GNOME libraries

2.5 months later, here's an update on the pkg-perl side. There's been
good progress since I've started working on this in July:
- Quite a few obsolete packages got removed from sid already.
- I've requested removal today for 2 of the 3 remaining blocker
packages (perlpanel, yarssr).
- The only remaining blocker package is shutter. I've pinged the bug
today which prompted Dominique Dumont to send a sort of "last call"
message about it to debian-devel@ (thanks!). If there's no
substantial progress on this front within a couple months, I'll
propose shutter is removed from sid.
Once shutter has been fixed or removed, I'll request removal of
a great bunch of libgtk2-*-perl and libgnome*-perl packages, which
should complete the pkg-perl part of this clean up operation. If I've
missed anything that should be done on this front, let me know :)
