Thanks a lot. Can you try a few more times?

Would it be correct to say thay this package FTBFS 100% of the time on
single-CPU machines?

(I think this fact alone would make the bug to be RC, because building
on single-CPU machines have never been officially deprecated, and in
either case this would be a decision to be made by the Release Managers
and not each individual maintainer on their own).
