My opinion is that chrome-gnome-shell is more of a program than a
library. But even it we consider it a library, Debian policy says it's
ok to drop python2 if no reverse dependencies need python2 support.
There is nothing in Debian or elsewhere that needs
chrome-gnome-shell's python2 support.
