Bug#868039: system-config-printer-common: Package gir1.2-gnomekeyring-1.0 recommended only but system-config-printer does not work without it.

Dear Maintainer,

   I installed only necessary (Depends) packages for
   system-config-printer but I was unable to run it. I got following
   error:

   After installing package gir1.2-gnomekeyring-1.0 it works ok.

   I think that gir1.2-gnomekeyring-1.0 should be in section Depends.
