gnome-core hard dependency on firefox

Hello,

I was guessing why there is an hard dependency on firefox in
gnome-core packages. It would be nice that gnome-core is only the
GNOME Shell with no external dependency that do not belong to GNOME.
Firefox is such a case as it's definitely not affiliated with GNOME in
any way.

Perhaps you can replace the dependency to GNOME Web (epiphany) ? It's
quite mature now.
