justification: it is a regression, it was there in jessie and even
before, but missing in stretch
keyboard selection option is gnome is missing Malayalam and all other
Indian Languages. Tamil is still there just because it came as part of
Sri Lanka.
I think this is a very essential feature and it should be fixed in a
point release.
See the attached images (first one gnome 3.8 from ubuntu 14.04, it was
same in jessie as well).
