Bug#851796: gnome-software: Update don't show up automatically any longer

Dear Maintainer,

+1 for this bug.  Clean install from stretch-DI-rc3.

Gnome Software doesn't prompt for updates automatically.

Then tried to refresh using the Updates view and no updates showed.

Looking at menu item "Software"->"Software Source suggests that the correct
Debian FTP servers (UK) are available.

However, subsequently updating the package databses via Synaptic and then
refreshing in gnome-software then brings updates.

It appears that gnome-software isn't picking up the Debian FTP servers.
