Bug#879218: Continued issues

Good morning, 

I'm still having these issues on both of my machines. Please see
attached image for an example of the problem. 

This happens at random, and isn't resolved until the system restarts,
and even then it can sometimes happen instantaneously. 

The end result for me is that Debian Stable is not very stable, and I'm
finding it increasingly difficult to use it due to this issue.
