Bug#878225: gnome-control-center: Displays in Display arrangement panel are too small and can't be moved

Dear Maintainer,

See attached screenshot.

The two displays are way too small, and while one can click on them and
have the lower pane updated to have the properties for the display show
up, it's not possible to move them around to adjust their relative
position. That used to work in versions prior to 3.26 (they had a normal
size and could be moved around).
