Bug#878698: pygtksourceview: keep out of testing

It is high time that we remove pygtksourceview from testing. It's
completely dead upstream in favor of the gobject-introspection
bindings, gir1.2-gtksource-3.0. Remaining reverse dependencies
should be ported to use that.
