Bug#879679: libmozjs-52-0 is missing dbg(sym) package

Dear Maintainer,

I am trying to debug a crash involving libmozjs-52-0, but unfortunately, there
seems to be no -dbgsym or -dbg package for this library.  That makes the
backtraces I have mostly useless.  Please add such a package.
